Japanese Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup japanese soya sauce (light soya sauce)
    1/2 cup mirin (Japanese cooking wine)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 pinch ginger
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 minced garlic clove
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients in a pot.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer to thicken the sauce. (about 15 minutes).
    Remove from heat and cool.
    This sauce can be stored in an air-tight jar in the refrigerator.
