Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins - cooking recipe

1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 salad oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Grease muffin tin.
In large bowl beat egg. Add milk and oil.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 25 to 30 min or until golden brown.
