Spinach And Chicken Salad With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves or 1 1/2 cups mixed greens
    4 cups sliced chicken breasts
    1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
    Dressing
    1 teaspoon dried tarragon
    1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    2/3 cup olive oil
    2/3 cup white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Mix dressing well.
    Toss with first three ingredients.
