Slow-Cooker Chuck Roast Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb) boneless beef chuck roast, cut into serving size pieces
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 (11 1/2 ounce) cans tomato juice
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
Preparation
    In a 5 qt slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
