Ryba Po Grecku (Fish Greek Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg cod
    2 teaspoons canola oil
    500 g carrots
    200 g celery root
    150 g onions
    150 g parsnips
    10 g tomato paste
Preparation
    1. Boil the water and oil in a pot.
    2. Add chopped onion and grated carrots, celery and parsnip.
    3. Cook on low heat until soft.
    4. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
