Roasted Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon thyme, divided
    1/8 cup butter
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish, skin side up.
    Sprinkle each breast with salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon thyme.
    Brush with melted butter and roast 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done.
