Sweet-N-Spicy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage
    4 carrots (peeled and chopped in chunks)
    1 yellow onion (chopped)
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup mustard
    2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 dash salt and pepper
Preparation
    Quarter cabbage and remove core. Grate the cabbage, carrots and onion in a food processor, then toss them in a large bowl. For dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together, and toss with the vegetables, add salt and pepper and chill for two hours.
