Potato Salad For 30 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lbs potatoes
    1 dozen egg, boiled, chopped
    1 quart Miracle Whip
    1 cup half-and-half cream
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon grated onion
    3 cups chopped celery (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes till tender (30 min).
    Drain and cool and peel.
    cut into cubes.
    Add chopped eggs and celery.
    Mix salad dressing, cream, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper with onion, mix well.
    Pour over potatoes and eggs and mix well.
    Refrigerate.
