Crunchy Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ounces frozen peas
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup cauliflower floret
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    1/4 cup chopped pimiento
    1 cup roasted cashews
    1/4 cup crumbled crisp bacon
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Rinse frozen peas in hot water; drain.
    Combine peas with vegetables, cashews, bacon and sour cream.
    Mix together ranch dressing, mustard & garlic.
    Pour over salad.
    Toss gently.
