Pineapple And Lime Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups fresh, finely chopped pineapple
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    1 teaspoon grated lime peel
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over med heat.
    Stir occasionally.
    Boil until thickened, about 30 minutes.
    Let cool, put in covered container.
    Makes 1-1/2 pints.
    Will keep in fridge for 6 months.
