High Protein Diet Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 dash cinnamon
    1 g Splenda sugar substitute
    1 tablespoon no-sugar-added jam
Preparation
    Whisk ingredients into bowl and pour into a waffle maker (make sure you spray non-stick spray).
    Pour batter so that it is contained within the grids.
    Top off with jam or other suggested topping.
