Saucy Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe

1 lb carrot
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation

Slice carrots into 1/2-inch diagonal pieces. Boil carrots to desired tenderness and drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in a skillet or saucepan, and heat through. Add the carrots and mix with sauce.
