Watercress Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon dill
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
3/4 cup chopped watercress
8 rye melba toast crackers
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, tarragon, dill, chives and watercress. Mix to blend well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture on each Melba cracker.
