1 honeydew melon
1 lime, juice of
4 tablespoons creme de cassis
Preparation

Wash the melon and then cut the melon into quarter wedges. Scrape out seeds.
Sprinkle each quarter with lime juice.
Place the melon wedges on 4 plates and pour 1 tablespoon of creme do cassis over each serving.
