Chipotle Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup tomatoes, seeded, diced
    4 teaspoons red onions, minced
    1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    1/2 chipotle chile in adobo, minced
    salt, to taste
    1 tablespoon cilantro, sliced thin (chiffonade)
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
    The pico de gallo can be used immediately, or it can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
