Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups milk
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 egg whites
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Beat the egg yolks. Add the milk. Add to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth. Add the melted butter.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Bake in a waffle iron until golden.
