Low Fat Banana Cream Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe banana (cut into slices and frozen)
    1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    3 ice cubes
    sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Place the sliced bananas then the yogurt, milk, dry milk powder, vanilla, ice cubes and sugar (if using) in a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
