Green Rice (Broccoli, Cheese, And Rice Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 - 2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 cups chopped broccoli
    2/3 cup grated cheese
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted butter.
    Meanwhile, steam broccoli until tender; drain.
    Combine all ingredients and bake in covered casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
