Light Creamy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 English cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

In mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper.
In a separate large mixing bowl toss together cucumbers and onions.
Pour sour cream mixture over top and mix together.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
