Fresh Mozzarella-Tomato-Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
    2 large tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    fresh ground pepper
    1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded or chopped
Preparation
    Cut mozzarella into 12 slices.
    Slice tomatoes; sprinkle evenly with salt.
    Alternate cheese and tomato slices on a platter.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Cover and chill 4 hours.
    Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and basil before serving.
