Red Onion Marmelade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 red onions
    400 ml dry red wine
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
    Cut the onions into strips, sautee on butter.
    Add the salt, honey and wine.
    Cook until the onions are soft, and the sauce reduced itself to about 20% of what we had in the beginning (about 25 minutes on very small heat).
