Chicken Vegetable Soup With Endive - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 quarts chicken broth
    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cubed
    1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    2 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 celery rib, chopped
    1 large carrot, chopped
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 cup uncooked orzo pasta
    4 cups coarsely chopped curly endive lettuce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except orzo, endive, salt and pepper in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding orzo and endive during last 20 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
