1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
Preparation

Sift baking soda, flour, and salt together.
Add milk, applesauce, eggs, and sour cream; stir together.
Cook on a skillet sprayed with Pam.
Tilt pan like making a crepe so pancake is thin.
