Chorizo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tablespoons red chili powder
5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dried oregano
3 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
10 -20 dried guajillo bell peppers, ground into powder
4 -6 garlic cloves, crushed
2 lbs ground pork
2 yards pig intestine for sausage links, cleaned thoroughly
Preparation

Mix the red chili powder, vinegar, oregano, salt, cumin, guajillo pepper powder and garlic together in a large bowl. Mix in the ground pork and cover.
Fry the meat as is or stuff into the cleaned pig intestine to create sausage links before cooking thoroughly.
