Norwegian Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 -3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons chives, finely minced
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation

Combine the vinegar, oil, herbs, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Thinly slice cucumbers and add to the vinegar mixture.
Let stand for an hour before serving.
