White Bean Dip With Herbes De Provence - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon herbes de provence
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini or (15 ounce) can other white beans, rinsed
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Put everything in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, adding 1 Tbsp water or so if the mixture seems too thick. Refrigerate.
