Ingredients

1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup rice flour
2/3 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Italian spices
1 dash garlic powder (or salt)
Preparation

Mix gently, do not over-beat (batter will be runny).
Pour batter into greased pizza pan.
Bake at 425F for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add sauce and your favorite toppings and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
