Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1 cup sugar
    4 cups milk
    2 cups half-and-half
    3 teaspoons vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until frothy.
    Cover and chill.
    Best if made a little in advance and refrigerated.
