Low Carb Blender Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/4 cup softened margarine
2 cups heavy cream or 2 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon
Preparation

Place all ingredients, in order listed, into blender and whirl until thoroughly blended.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes, or until set in the center.
