Somali Crab Meat Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
    salt
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    5 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 lb crabmeat
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a frying pan and saute onion, garlic, coriander, salt, ginger, pepper and cumin.
    Saute until the onion is golden brown.
    Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add crab and saute over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
