My Favorite Carrot Cake With Magic Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/4 cups oil
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup crushed pineapple (Drained)
    2 cups grated carrots (Raw)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Magic Topping
    3/4 cup coconut
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup shortening
    2 tablespoons milk
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, sugar, and salad oil.
    Add flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon.
    To the batter add coconut, walnuts, pineapple, carrots and vanilla. Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Magic Topping.
    Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook stirring constantly until sugar melts. Spread on top of warm Carrot cake and Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
