No-Mayo Tofu Eggless Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 ounces pakacge firm light tofu, drained well
    1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 scallion, chopped
    1 teaspoon pickle relish or 1 teaspoon finely chopped dill pickle
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, mush tofu or press thru potato masher. Add yogurt, celery, scallion, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
