Low Carb Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon chicken fat
2 1/2 ounces sweet onions
6 ounces Baby Spinach
1/2 tablespoon garlic
2 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Some prefer to cut the spinach into smaller pieces, I prefer to keep leaves and stems intact. Dice onions. Heat chicken fat in pan over medium heat, add onion. Saute until translucent, stirring often. Pile spinach on top and cover for no more than five minutes, watching closely. When wilted add cream cheese and melt. When melted add garlic and heavy cream. Simmer until flavors melt and liquid reduces to desired consitancy.
