Slow Cooker Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 cup sliced onion
    1 cup siced celery
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fire-roasted tomatoes
    8 ounces tomato sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 (7/8 ounce) package brown gravy mix
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In 4 to 6 quart slow cooker, combine steak, mushrooms, onion, celery, and garlic.
    In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, gravy mix, salt, and pepper.
    Pour over steak mixture. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
