Grandmas Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese in large bowl.
Pour into 8 X 12 casserole dish.
Spread cheese over top.
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minute.
