Passover Spinach Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb frozen chopped spinach
    4 matzos
    7 eggs, beaten
    2 tablespoons onions, grated
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Thaw and drain spinach. Soak and drain matzo. Mix ingredients. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Brush top with oil before baking.
    Bake at 350 for about an hour or until done.
