Raspberry Quark Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g all-purpose flour
    150 g powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup margarine
    350 g raspberries (fresh or thawed)
Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 180\u00b0C.
    2. Mix together first five ingredients and knead into dough.
    3. In another bowl, beat the quark, eggs, milk and sugar.
    4. Press half of the dough into a pan and pour the quark over the dough.
    7. Spread the raspberries equally.
    8. Sprinkle with the remaining half of the dough.
    9. Bake for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
