Easy Cheesy Red Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 cups water
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 tablespoon onion flakes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Whisk together all ingredients except parmesan cheese in a saucepan; bring to boil, reduce heat and gently simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and whisk in parmesan cheese.
