Chorizo And Olive Ragout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 shallot, diced
60 g chorizo sausage, diced
30 g kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1/2 tablespoon chives, chopped small
1/4 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation

Heat oil in pan on med-high heat.
Coat pan with oil and saute diced shallots, chorizo and olives.
Take off heat and add chives and lemon juice.
Serve under baked goat cheese with bread.
