Chocolate Affogato With Vanilla Ice-Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g dark cooking chocolate, melted
    1 cup espresso coffee
    4 scoops French vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Place a scoop of ice-cream into 4 small glasses.
    Pour 1/4 cup coffee into each glass and drizzle liberally with melted chocolate.
    Serve with biscotti or sponge finger biscuits.
