Ultimate Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces tuna in water, drained
    1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons original Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with a fork. Eat or chill to let flavors set up even better!
