Parma Ham And Cheddar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 g parma ham
    30 g mild cheddar cheese
    50 g gem lettuce
    10 ml canola oil
Preparation
    Remove the fat from the Parma ham and thinly slice.
    Cube the Cheddar (1cm or so).
    Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. Tear the leaves do not cut.
    Mix all together in a bowl and drizzle oil and serve.
