Healthy Heart Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1 cup low-fat yogurt
    3/4 cup applesauce
    2 cups wholemeal flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup oat bran
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    3/4 cup raisins
    3/4 cup dried apricot, diced
Preparation
    Beat egg whites lightly.
    add milk, yoghurt and apple sauce.
    In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and dried fruit.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients, combine with care.
    Spoon into muffin tins.
    Bake 180 C for 20 minutes.
