Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a blender, combine all ingredients, except coconut.
    Blend on low speed 3 minutes.
    Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate; let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
    Cool slightly. Refrigerate leftovers.
