Sweet Potato Casserole With Pecan And Coconut Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sweet potatoes
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup milk
    Topping
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup pecans
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup butter
Preparation
    Skin, mash and boil potatoes. Let cool. Mix cooled mashed potatoes with sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk until well blended. Put in 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Mix all topping ingredients in seperate bowl until mixture resembles crumbs. Put over potato mixture. Bake casserole in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
