Lentil Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups dried lentils
3 cups water
2 bay leaves
2 cups Mexican blend cheese
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 onion
1 red pepper
fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons honey
Preparation

cook lentils low heat with bay leaf until water absorb.
mash lentils.
dice onions, peppers, and minced cilantro add to mashed lentils.
add sal, pepper, cayenne pepper.
cool for 15 minutes lentils
add bread crumbs and mexican cheese.
add eggs.
blend in the mashed lentils.
mix ketchup and honey
pour over meatload.
bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
