Sweet Peanut Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ounces shell-less skinless peanuts (available in Asian supermarkets)
3 cups water
sugar
Preparation

Soak peanut in water for 6- 8 hours.
Bring water to a boil.
Cook peanut over low heat until soften.
Stir occasionally.
Or use slow cooker/pressure cooker to reduce cooking time.
Add more water if needed.
Add Sugar.
Degree of sweetness is your personal preference.
Serve hot or cold.
