Tofu In A Mild Oriental Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) package soft tofu or (14 ounce) package regular tofu
    2 tablespoons black bean garlic sauce
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside.
    Mix the black bean garlic sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil together in a small bowl and set aside.
    Place a skillet or wok over high heat and heat until hot.
    Add the olive oil, swirling to cover bottom and sides of skillet or wok.
    Add the sauce mixture and cook, for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add the tofu.
    Stir gently and cook until tofu is heated through and covered with the sauce.
