Coleslaw (Cock Of The Walk) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads cabbage, chopped in food processor for texture
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1/4 cup vidalia onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/8 cup sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon seasoning salt (Lowery's recommended)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (Blue Plate recommended)
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
If it is bitter, add more sugar and let stand in the fridge for at least 1 hour but its better the longer it sits.
