Ingredients

3 cups apple cider
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/4 lbs carrots, peeled and julienned
Preparation

In large pot bring cider, cinnamon, butter and honey to a boil.
Stir in carrots and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook 5 more minutes stirring frequently until mixure has formed a thick glaze.
